Nkengafac Junior fotsing

Hi my visa is currently on grace period for my present employer but my contract  with him is getting finish this month 25july I found a new employer already who is ready to apply  for me a visa so I asked my present employer  to grant mobility to my new employer  so he can apply my visa but my present employer is not replying to message's  . My question since my visa is on grace period can my new employer apply for me a visa without getting  mobility from my present employer?

No.  Either mobility is allowed or new employer has to wait for visa to cancel / expire.

Hi sir my visa is currently  on grace period  and my contract  is finish with my present  employer    and  I got a new offer already but   my present employer  doesn't want to give me mobility so my new employer  can apply  for me a visa.  Can I get a mobility if I go to lmra directly  ?

No one will ask your visa status. But just note that if your visa is in grace period you have 30days to exit the country from the date the visa was cancelled
