Good Morning,
If there's is a police case registered for demeaning the rituals/ religion and the case is being transferred to to ministries of prosecution what is the procedure to get it solved.
And can the new work visa applied

What do you mean procedure to get it "solved"?

There is NO procedure to get it solved.   The case will be registered against the individual.  Public prosecution will make their case in court and the individual will hire a lawyer to represent him.  The outcome will be decided by court.

This has nothing to do with work visa.  That can be applied while the case is still before court.
