For applying flexi visa

How do I change my employment visa to flexi visa. I am working in a company for 3 months, but I am not happy with company . But when I check lmra website, they have mentioned ( once the visa has cancelled the person should leave within 1 months from the country ) please help me how I can stay here. Because I am not completed one year , so I am unable to transfer my visa .

Please note: is there any options I can get flexi visa or other emlployment visa without leaving from bahrain

Flexi visa has very specific requirements i.e. terminated or expired visas.  Send an sms to find these out when your visa expires.  Most people are not eligible for it by the way.

To stay here, you need to find another employer.

1. But the thing is , my employer is threatening me if I leave from the company and they said they won't allow me to go. I called lmra help line and after I got a call from the lmra representative , they said " to come directly the lmra office and will solve this issue" but I am worrying if I go to lmra and talking against the company . because company using bad words to me every day. So what if happen when I explained these issues to lmra?

2. I don't want to case any charge or complaint for the company , I want to leave from there. But if I explained this lmra vill file case to company? And one  of my friend said. If lmra request to cancel the visa , but the employer has a right to decline the request  ( is that true ? )

If you read what I pasted, you would realize that disputes are not governed by LMRA but by Ministry of Labor.  You have to file a case there.   LMRA can only help if you resign and are trying to get mobility without consent.  I would suggest you read the thread I pasted above fully as most of your questions have already been answered.

Thank you, I went through the link, but some of questions are not clear.  Yes I have already resigned , and I got pink card also. I resigned may 02  I am waiting for my last date june 02 . Because I am in notice period. I hope lmra can help me and cancelled the visa. Please clear me

They don't cancel the visa.  They can transfer without employer approval if you have worked with them more than one year.

Yes, that is the issue, I am not completed one year. So how LMRA can help me. Because I heard the the employer has the right to hold my visa one year. I called lmra help line , they said " LMRA will review your reason is genuine or not for request visa cancellation. So if the LMRA request for visa cancellation and the  employer doesn't accept the request, what should I do. ? 

The employer is threatening me and abuse bad words also. My situation is live or die. Please help me

I keep telling you and you don't listen. Go to ministry of labour and file a case.  If its decided in your favor, all will go fine.  Don't waste time waiting for lmra and by asking the same question again and again.
