Hello Saad47,

I think you may find useful information into our article Visas in Bahrain.

"Tourists from countries not eligible to obtain visas by the above methods will need to arrange a visa in advance with the help of a sponsor. A sponsor can be a travel agency or hotel and does not need to be someone you know personally.

Subject to your country of origin, multiple entries, long-term, and multiple entry-long term tourist visas can be granted. There are fees associated with most tourist visa types, and tourist visa processing times are approximately 3-5 working days.
"

Wishing you a lovely day.

Regards.

I have covered this topic before multiple times.

Simply, as per process, there is NO residence visa for parents.   At most, you can apply for a visit visa.  This can be sponsored (through your company) or unsponsored (evisa through evisa.gov.bh).   The cost will vary.  Be aware that nowadays, you may experience problems with getting visit visas due to coronavirus - as they suspended visa on arrival and maybe visas as well.
