How long will take for an employer to cancell Bahrain work visa ,if the employee out side the Bahrain??? Help me

In the ems system, it literally takes a few minutes to an hour.

Thanx for u r quick response .I already leave the country ,they told me that they will cancel my visa after leaving Bahrain but still lmra record shows VALID EMPLOYMENT VISA.I have an another job offer from Bahrain,

Try to read what I wrote instead of making multiple posts and sending private messages. Show some courtesy.

And understand the basic facts:

1) YOUR employer MUST cancel the visa
2) You, yourself, while not being in Bahrain, CANNOT do anything immediately except let the visa expire OR engage a lawyer / PRO to go to LMRA to register the fact that you resigned and left so that the employer can't file an absconding case on you and get you banned. Even then, LMRA will not cancel the visa but will ask the employer to cancel it - they will only give you mobility without consent if you have worked for the employer for more than one year

The process is simple i.e. employer logs into EMS and clicks on cancel permit, fills out the fields, attaches termination letter or even an email from employee of his acceptance and clicks on submit. The cancellation is processed in max a few hours.

Irrelevant. As I said before, your employer needs to cancel. There are many ways to do that and they would know how to. Follow up with them.

If the work permit has already been completed 6 months after the issue date. It is automatically cancelled and you can ask the new employer to apply for the work permit again. Just send the old work permit to the new employer to ensure that the CPR number is reflected when they enter your passport or the application will be stuck when 2 CPR number will be issued.

An employer can cancel the visa without the need for an employee to travel back to his home country to change the company.

@Umair Malik9 You dont have to pay anything to the employer. The employer gets the balance money refunded when the visa is cancelled/transferred to another employee.
