question about probation and visa

Only if your employer agrees to do so.  You, yourself cannot do anything.

ok so i should contact them and request an extension, how long is the max?

I think you need to read carefully what has been written above.

1) You have an existing visa - how long is that valid for?  a year or two years?
2) It is entirely up to the employer how long they want to keep it for.  They can theoretically let you keep it till expiry or they can cancel it tomorrow leaving you with 30 days to leave the country
3) Your question on "max" does not apply as this is a matter between you and your employer

ok the visa was for 2yrs, guess i should speak to HR. or do they just decide if they want to cancel it or not. also thanks for the advise😊

As I said before, there is nothing YOU can do to extend and it doesn't matter what your current state is. It is a discussion between you and your sponsor which can go either way.

Any employer would be wary if the applicant is looking for a job so soon after joining their previous employment.
