@Ma Jjj if he cancelled within 1 month then you are good to exit Bahrain won't be any problem but if it's more than a month then ypu would need to pay the fine and then you can exit.

Due to my present employer's failure to submit an application for me despite his assurances that he would, my visa has been revoked for three months. When I stopped reporting for duty, they abruptly fired me.

My inquiry is: Can I handle my own extension in LMRA, or do I need to get in touch with the person who terminated my visa? I intend to be married in February in order to obtain a dependant visa. I'm anxious that I don't have a visa, therefore I hope you can respond.

You can approach LMRA for the extension.

Its hard to tell, there may be many reasons. You need to speak to your employer and find out.

You won't be able to leave without paying fines for overstay or winning the case against your employer.

No one can tell you what the reason was.  Ask your employer why the application was sent back.

Visit the police station with the proof and ask them the next step to release him or consult a lawyer if the case is already registered

Sir please I’m outside Bahrain but someone in Bahrain applied a domestic employment visa for me.. initially it was showing employment visa in progress... but after some days... it started indicating employment visa invalid... please what should be the cause sir?

If anybody can help. My work Visa expired on 10th of April and my new company asked my previous employer to cancel my visa on 15th April. My Visa is cancelled and my current status shows as Employment Visa is not Valid.

As per the expiry date my grace period ends tomorrow, as my new company is facing some violation, they were unable to file the extension till today.

I wanted to know if the 30 days grace period will be counted from the date of expiry or cancellation.

As per the employer once the violation is removed they will first get an extension and then process the visa.

Is there any way where I can apply for an extension myself?

He will be released after court judgement, probably for deportation back to home country.  On the food thing, you need to check with the supervisors of the facility where he is being held.  In some they allow bringing in outside food, in most they don't.   Visitation hours are also limited and generally only on a few days of the week.

Hello , my visa status was showing expired and i wanted to cancel it , so i went to lmra they told me to apply online with a travel ticket, so i did that after 2 days now it is showing employment visa not valid, so is it cancelled or what ? Idk please tell me what this means actually.

And in this situation can my new employer apply for my visa directly without asking mobility?

I said that this message means that no work visa exists for you.  You are without any sort of visa so a new one can be applied for you.

Good day, my visa is not valid , i just check it today, my employer taken my passport and said he needs it to fix my visa. My visa was in grace period in September and was expired during october now it was in a "visa not valid" state. My employer told me this upcoming sunday i need to sign something. Should i worry and seek help to LMRA, i dont know what to do.

Remember if your caught by LMRA at this time you may be deported, your employer will also be fined. Also, to apply for a visa he does not need your passport, sounds fishy.

Now after just 1 week of sending my documents by gulfair my status in lmra visa employment valid is it enough do ill get my official visa to enter bahrain or i still have to wait npra because i have small mistake in age in internal system wafid about the date of naissance i had born in 2004 and they wrote 2005 just in the system the official paper that the hospital gave me 2004 and i sent it scanned and i have 2004 in all my documents passport etc since visa employment visa valid status appeared in lmra so the mistake is nothing or it is serious in npra can lead to rejection or in general ill get my visa without need of npra to see my profile obly lmra because its empoylennt visa

Talk to your employer and ensure all the details are accurate before traveling to Bahrain.
