Visa on progress validity

Hi sir,
I just want to ask if u guys have any idea on how long the status of visa in progress will expire? It started last 4th of february with the status of visa on progress .... just want to ask how long it will last to expire? Specially if the employer doesnt have any plan to pay for it. Is there any posibility that the application will be cancelled after a month of not paying it?

From what you said, it doesn't seem that the visa is ready for payment yet i.e. application not approved yet? otherwise it would say awaiting payment by employer.

Once the visa is approved, the employer has to pay for it. If not paid within a certain time, usually a month, the visa then expires.
