Employer change - pink card validity

Hello and good day.

I need to make one inquiry about an employer change.

Actually, I resigned via postal six months back and received the pink card; however, I recently received an offer letter from a different employer; can I apply for mobility using the same pink card, or do I need to resign again? Is the pink card still valid? Please elaborate.

You resigned on paper but didn't actually resign and are working with the same employer? if so, then yes you need to do it again.

I resigned via postal, but I did not leave my current employer. It was about six months ago. But now I have a new offer, so six months ago I put resign right when I received this pink card, is that enough to apply for a new visa now? Should the pink card have a validity period after we send a resignation via postal?
