Good Conduct Certificate (Police Clearance Certificate)

Hi everyone,
I am currently applying for a Good Conduct Certificate (Police Clearance Certificate) online through the Bahrain National Portal. I need this certificate to process for a work visa for a job in Saudi Arabia.
I know there have been many posts on this topic here, but none of them could answer my specific query.
On the Bahrain portal form, I have selected: Purpose of Certificate Issuance: IMMIGRATION OUTSIDE OF BAHRAIN Country Name: Saudi Arabia.
For the "Entity Name" field, I am getting conflicting advice. Some say to write the private Saudi employer's name, while others say to write "EMBASSY OF SAUDI ARABIA" because it needs to be attested by the diplomatic mission later.
To anyone who has successfully done this process recently for a KSA job: What exact text did you write in the Entity Name field? Did you write the embassy name or the employer name? Were there any issues or rejections when you took the final certificate to MOFA or the Saudi Embassy in Manama for attestation?
Any urgent guidance from someone who has been through this exact loop would be highly appreciated!
