Good morning. I hope someone can answer my question. My wife come here in Bahrain as my dependent. Then after a month, she started working and transfer her visa to working visa. After 3 months she was marked as UNFIT to work. After she exit the country, can I apply her as my dependent again under family visa? She will not work here in Bahrain and will just stay with me.

I hope someone can answer me or give me advice.

Yes, your employer can apply for the dependent visa again. If it gets rejected then you may have to approach ministry to health to clarify that she will not work and get things resolved with them.

@logicalindian Is there also a period when I can apply her for family visa? Like after 6 months only? Or I can apply her as soon as her visa was cancelled after she exits Bahrain.

It's best to involve your employer (HR/PRO) as they will be knowledgeable about all this information.

You can apply anytime. But it will take some time as her status will need to be cleared from MOH.

Thank you for your response. She got tested positive for Hep B reactive but when she go home to her country, it is a low level of Hepatitis B and she was not advised to take any medication. Do you think there is a chance for her to get approved for dependent visa?

I already answered it. She can get a dependent visa as they are not tested. But since she was on a work visa before and got marked UNFIT, her record will stop any dependent application. You need to get it cleared from MOH and then apply for dependent visa.
