Visa extention or Grace period?

Hello! I just want to ask about my visa my employer provide me a 3months visit visa then now 3month and 2 weeks is passed I ask him last week he said that he extend my visit visa for 1month is it possible or is it a grace period?

Grace period is only provided when a residency/work is cancelled does not apply for visit visa.

@logicalindian I tried to check on website using my passport number and the last time it sgows the expiry of my visa and now it shows that 1month visit visa (commerial)

If you have a valid visa then no issues.
