Good conduct certificate

I worked in a super shop in Bahrain for 5 years, the company filed a false case in my name to the police, although the case was taken by my owner, I proved innocent, but when I search my cpr, it shows the public prosecutor online, now I got a job offer letter from a finance company. But good conduct certificate should be given to the company. Will I get good conduct certificate? (my case was misdemeanor)
