Tenerife move. What would you do?

Hi, just looking for thoughts and ideas regarding a possible move to Tenerife from the UK at some point. My partner and I have holidayed in Los Cristianos for many years. We both absolutely love the area and could definitely see ourselves settling there.

We’re both in our mid-50s, neither of us have any family ties and we have property in the UK which is owned outright to the value of approx’ £650k with around a spare £100k in the bank.

What would you recommend we do with those sort of figures?

One thing I worry about straight off is what to do about attaining a regular income whilst living in Tenerife.

We’ve been thinking about moving to Tenerife as well, specifically evaluating the Adeje area for the relocation.
