Golden Visa application advise

happynessa

I am looking to apply for my Golden Visa, but am looking to use the Deposit option into a Spanish Bank account.
I wondered if anyone on here had gone down that route?
I am unsure as to whether a specific bank account needs to be used and also if legal help is always required when applying for visas or is this something I could do myself as I speak and and read and write in Spanish?

Any insight and experiences into the process would be great. πŸ‘

I think it's typical to go via a lawyer for the Golden Visa option.

Unless you're loaded, I think you'll be better off with the "no lucrativa" residence visa, which is a very popular option for Brits (for those of "independent means" who will not work in Spain).

Here's a separate topic from someone who also wants a Golden Visa, and my counter-arguments. :-)

Thank you so much for all the information Gwynj.
It’s been really helpful! Especially the link to the previous post.

I will be relooking into the non-lucrative Visa to ensure it applies to me.
