Hello Enock,
Welcome to Expat.com 😀
To begin with, have you already looked into the local labour market to see whether there are job openings in your field?
I also recommend reading our guide > Living in Serbia: the ultimate expat guide, where you will find useful information about working conditions, visas, etc...It should give you a clearer picture and help you plan your next steps.
All the best,
Cheryl

Hello Cheryl,
Actually Mum,i haven't looked in the labour market yet. But your advice will help me to know what to do. If there's any link that can help me to see, what labour market can offer. Thank you for your kind words.

Hello,
It will also depend on your qualifications. What kind of jobs are you looking for ? For some jobs in Serbia, knowledge of the local language may be necessary or preferred.

You say you love Serbia, but have you actually visited the country? Dö you speak Serbian because you will need it? If you don't, then there is nothing else that can be said. You will not be given a work visa!
@divineshiloh48
It will be hard!
Set up alerts on LinkedIn and other recruitment websites (https://ovdejobs.com/vacancies/ &. https://poslovi.infostud.com/ ) and apply whenever there's an opportunity.
I would think they would most probably employ locals for these kinds of jobs.

Hi,
Actually Mum,I don't speak Serbian and had not visit there before. But i will be much happier if i will have any other job, to support my family and to experience many things from there.

HaHa Good luck with that attitude! Let's put it this way: they are going to give the job to someone who speaks the local language rather than someone who doesn't, unless it's a highly skilled job, like in the IT sector. You need a work visa, and they are unlikely to give it to a low-skilled worker.
Hi SimCityAT,
I get what you have said,is there any other job i can apply for, aside IT? What about i applied for other job and work for some years and get what i am passionate for.
Best regards
