Buying a car as a tourist

Hi, I'm from the Netherlands and considering moving to Serbia. First I want to discover the country as a tourist.

I have been trying to figure out but haven't been succesful yet on research if I can buy a car as a tourist in Serbia.

Buying a car in Serbia makes a lot of sense after doing some calculations. I can leave it or sell it after the holiday.

I hope anyone can help me or has experience on this topic
