I would like to know whether it is realistically possible to buy either:
A small house near Belgrade, or
A 1-bedroom studio apartment in the outskirts or nearby towns
with a budget of around USD 10,000.
If this budget is not realistic, I would really appreciate guidance on:
What would be the minimum investment required to buy any livable property (house or apartment) near or around Belgrade
Which areas or towns might fit a low-budget buyer (even if 30–60 km away)
Additionally, I am looking for recommendations for:
Authentic and reliable real estate agencies or agents
Professionals experienced with foreign buyers, transparent pricing, and proper legal checks
Any practical advice, real examples, warnings, or contact suggestions would be very helpful.
