Moving to Serbia by purchasing a property

Hi there,

I’m looking for a small, affordable house in suburb area of Serbia. My family (husband and two children) and I reside in Turkey at the moment.

We have a contact from Serbia who is gonna help us for applying visa once we purchase the house. The problem is, we couldn’t establish communication with any property agent yet, even with the help of our visa agent. We found some houses we like on several property websites but never seem to get any reply to our queries.

So we’re basically still in the dark.

We plan to go to Belgrade at the end of this year and get a feel for the environment etc. It would be nice if we already have some properties to view when we visit, since our time is limited (while my husband and kids are British and can stay for 90 days to visit, I only get 30 as an Indonesian).

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
