I am currently planning to move to Serbia and would highly appreciate some insights from expats or legal experts here regarding the temporary residency, permanent residency, and the pathway to citizenship under the current Serbian laws.

Specifically, I would love to know:

Temporary Residency: What are currently the most reliable or straightforward grounds for obtaining a temporary residence permit (e.g., through company formation, real estate, or other options)?

Permanent Residency (PR): What is the actual timeframe and physical presence requirement to qualify for permanent residency?

The Citizenship Pathway: Once PR is obtained, what is the process and timeline to apply for naturalization/citizenship? Are there any language requirements or other specific conditions?
