I am 66 female and wondering if anyone has acquired international health insurance and can advise how much $$. I need for a D7 visa..

You can make simulations on the insurers' websites. Most take your medical history into account. As you're under 70, there are several options. Over the age of 70-75, I think it's easiest to take out insurance with MGEN, as most of them refuse to do so because of age.
