Looking for feedback on job opportunities and good areas

My name is Amy and I am considering a move to Portugal from the USA with my husband and 2 cats. We are taking our first scouting trip to Lisbon next week and are very excited!

I have a possible job opportunity outside of Sintra and will be visiting with them while we are there. We do not have a move date at this time, but as things continue to decline politically in the US, our move date may be sooner than we thought.

I am a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and my husband is a Website Developer and we are both in our 50s. We're looking to move to an area that is walkable and/or bike-able, and will most likely rent a place (not buying.)

We would love any feedback from people who have found jobs in these areas.
