Hello from sunny California!
I've been dreaming of Portugal forever .
I've recently sold my business and am loving this period of all about me. 😂
I am planning a 3 month stay with a small pet in late Sept. with the intent to relocate.
The thought of living in such a beautiful place and being on a life changing adventure sings to me.
i would love to hear from your community about their lives and tips

On top of of what Cheryl had said have a look through the forum, a lot of Americans have made posts wanting to do the same as yourself, and more seem wanting to move because they aren't happy the way things are going in America politically.

Hello everyone!

My wife and I intend to move from the U.S. to Europe in the near future, and Portugal is at the top of the list (and you can only select one country upon sign up, so here we are). We're visiting in June to get our first experience there and could not be more excited.

I'm open to any and all guidance on repatriation, and happy to share whatever I learn along the way.
