Solar Panel in kos

We are a family of 2 adults, one 16-year-old child and 4 dogs. We are in the process of moving to Greece, initially, during construction, we will live in a converted caravan of over 15 square meters. Before moving and taking all our things out of the UK, I want to install an installation on the roof, 4 panels of 540W each, so 2200W. We will also have a good quality inverter and a bank. However, I wonder if it will be enough, we will live in Kos so there is good sunlight but I wonder if it will be enough, we are energy efficient so we can manage it. How much would be optimal for us?
