Registration Errors in the Greek Ktimatologio?

I'm trying to resolve an issue with my mothers olive grove which she has owned for 50 years. three parcels were "incorrectly" registered during the Ktimatologio rollout, by a local who is a complete stranger!! (an honesty system open to abuse). After years of wasted money and failed legal representation, my current lawyer is now raising a court hearing at great expense, stress and time. Are we on the right track, or is there a more expedient way to fix this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we are very worried we will lose this property!
