Facilities/furniture include: Two desks, chair, single bed (including pillow and mattress, drawer under bed), fridge (including freezer), microwave, stove, kitchen sink, book shelf, kitchen drawer, wardrobe, cupboards, private bathroom Basement of building includes storage, washing and drying machines, laundry drying area, parking area. Building also includes a larger communal kitchen, study room, party room and are for barbecue.
Rent (including electricity, water, heating and internet) = 515 euros per month
Bus stop right outside the building and tram stop opposite the building.
Room is well lit (lots of sunshine), building is friendly, other facilities (e.g. vacuum cleaner) are available from the reception.

The rent is rather high for Bremen standards. Are you sure?
