Good luck. Most part time jobs available for foreign students are low paying menial jobs. Not often one will find some kind of well-paying professional one, especially if one doesn’t have a high level of German.  One can post their qualifications on the “services” section, this forum is not really the place. But don’t expect to be getting any serious job offers here, not what this site is really about. There are plenty of websites specifically for jobs in Germany.

And one should know that although one reads about 20 hours/week work this is just an approximation. The official rules are annually up to 120 days full-time (up to 8 hours) or 240 days half-time (up to 4 hours) or an equivalent combination. Just averaging 20 hours a week doesn’t mean one might not violate the actual rules. Trying to work over the limits is very risky and one needs to maintain their academic eligibility. It is not uncommon that people come posing as students only to try to work more or less full-time and not actually attend their intended schooling. Good way to get deported and banned. Even if one is not over the limits to work; if they ignore their academics then they will be dropped from university and no longer have legal residency. And they cannot just “switch” to a work visa. Not how it works.
