EverBank experience?

Am considering EverBank as the means for having my USD pension deposited, as they affordably allow dollar-Euro transactions, and offer transfers to foreign banks. Does anyone in here have actual experience with EverBank? Particularly, with a Bankleitzahl and Kontonummer, can you make payments directly to German accounts, for paying bills, etc.? Does EverBank charge for these transactions? (I can't find that particular detail on their website.)

I've heard from one source that their customer service is phenomenal, and I've heard from another source that it's horrible. Which probably means it's just about like everyone else's -- 'bout average.

Any other comments on EverBank as an Expat tool?

I wish I could help you but unfortunately, I'm looking for a bank that I can use here in Germany that will easily (and cheaply?) let me transfer funds monthly to an account in the U.S. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has any experience with this bank.
