Need information about the International School in Monheim am Rhine

As far as I know, the closest International schools would be in Bonn or Düsseldorf. Maybe you should contact the association for International Schools in Germany to confirm. Link: http://www.agis-schools.org/

International schools in Germany are mostly in bigger cities. Most Germans can not afford to send their kids to those kind of private schools.
The only public version (free of charge) are the EUROPA SCHULEN, where up to half of the instruction is in another language than German (English, French, Spanish, etc). The main language of interaction is still German, but it can make the integration easier if at least some subjects are taught in the children's native language.
