Pet Medical Emergency?

Hello everyone.

I just moved here with 2 cats. It dawned on me the other day that I don't know where I would take them if either one had a medical emergency on the weekend or overnight.

I'm from the US, and the San Francisco Bay Area at that, and there has never been a question, never been a shortage of places to go in an emergency.

What do people do here?

I'm in Arles.
