Montpelier AVF French lessons

Good afternoon, We are moving to Montpelier the first week in September and are hoping the AVF There has French lessons for expats for free. We lived Cagnes Sur Mer in 2013 And was able to take French lessons at the AVF. If not there does anyone know of a tutor that is reasonably priced and meet you in person. Big ask I'm sure
