hello, I'm french, I suggest u to search for a french lesson association (i don't know if there is one in Lille but I know one in my hometown). It's an association so it is free, they are helping people to speak french so they can live without problem here. check on internet, they are easy to find around you I guess

Can not find here a certain school like in Paris,I still got a recommendation from the OfII since I had my first lesson in COALLIA .As far as I know this school this institutionis accredited by the government and like the Perfecture.I keep trying to find it here.Way going to Paris now is quite so expensive,but I never stop trying to learn I hope I could arrange my schedule in the future so I can be able to join in the week days session .

My girlfriend is from philippines and we wish to get her here.
So I wanted to ask you how did you enter in france, with what visa and how long are you staying ?

I came here 2015,from Moscow ,Russia.
I was already working in Moscow when i met my host family in 2008.
I applied a working visa here in France from Moscow. As far as I far you can do the same procedure but not unlike my situation..My employer applied a visa long de sejour salarie,this is can be able to reside and work in a long span.Followed by my own documents which fully translated materials into french iwith an attachment letter and documents of the second party which is employer. They ask the approval of the Maire and after they file everything in OFII and to the labor department.
But in the case of your girlfriend.You will only applied a SHENGEN VISA. Just download a form and sign some portion for you and attach your girlfriends documents...your capacity to provide is the most important! Because you will take all the responsibility because you are a host.
If she wanted to stay and work here if she might not possible to violate the duration of time she might be staying here..she will leave the country one week before her visa will expired...so she can be able to return and renew for another visa...
I can help you to process her documents if wanted her to stay but  you need to  bring her in the OFII if she really wants to stay. You must enroll her in the school that is the possible solution  to secure her to stay with you.

well, she wanna stay with me in france of course.
Our plan is to get her a job here (I know someone who is director of a company and it won't be a problem to hire her in this company)
So we are wondering if we should get her the WORK VISA and then she can work in france and stay in my parents house with me thanks to the resident permit
I think this is the safer way to get her in france.

I guess the company can help your girlfriend filling the work contract...and your family can attest in the free resident approving that they are allowing your girlfriend to live free in your home in a letter form, like a letter of conscent plus electric bill for the proof of billing address..knowing exactly where she will gonna live...if you have everything in order...you will file them in OFII but you not to forget to go in your municipal city hall or the Maire de Ville...there you can ask for the list accredited lawyers and notary public of the Perfecture who
can help you to translate and notarise her full documents...you secured 3 sets of copy....those papers willgoes in different sector...immigration labor department  and they will send the french embassy in the philippines

Ok, are you sure about getting a lawyers ? I thought I only need to give the resident permit in my cityhall and they approve my capability to invite her in my house ?
Then with their approval, send all this to OFII.

I used a lawyer before that is why i know the procedure of filling...that is why i am telling you print an application form first so you will know everything that you need. It is a very sensitive matter.In the lawyer was too expensive..it will cost you more money for a legal help..its 2,800€ more until your girlfriend is not yet arriving you will pay more additional charges. That is why I am sharing what been through is not that easy.My employers are both french nationals been with them 8years since Moscow times,but so far we are reaching 10 years still in good relationships. When they planning to bring me here they got a 50/50 chances...but the way i can help them is i have to educate myself in reading about the information i can get in OFII "( Office for Immigration and Integration).you can read again my message...you have to do it on your own the better.The lawyer will only going to tell you what you need to prepare..but it is still you will work to make it possible. In OFII,if you submitted the files there,they will demand you to submit any missing documents after the evaluation,until you were completely done with the requirements its alot of papers works to do, not that simple but i am sharing my story to make your life easier.

For the lawyer,or notary public...you will need their help to translate and put a notary stamps and authentication of all the copies of  all your girlfriends documents...with a stamps and the validation date.

She is a aircraft avionics specialist, she will apply for part time job in france (like i said I know the director of the company and they are in need of employee)
Do you think it will be a 50/50 aswell or we have more chance to get her here ?
She is really scared to get rejected even if we have all docs needed.

Will never be...I am telling you now things that made my life in hardship in the beginning..now you have all the hint..i hope you can do it well without any mistakes...if you can only try to look at the Shengen fotm you will understand...its better to read the procedure of the immigration. I am only telling things base on my own experiences..i hope this could help you as well.
