Hi nowadays to get a work visa had become so complicated and most of the company are asking for it before giving the job offer.
Do you think it's better to come to France and get the visa from there since I would be physically in the country and the company would recognize that?

I have no idea it depend which country you come from, each country is different.  Look on the visa page online and it will give you all the information.
