HansGruber

Greetings.

I'll be staying in CZ for a while and as a EU citizen I have right to use czech public healthcare.I want to do plastic operation on ears and I wonder if public health insurance (partially) covers this?

Where can I find more info about this topic?

thank you

Hi,

I dont know how this works for people who are not from the CR, but for Czechs surgeries of this kind are mostly partially or completely covered by insurance if they are not „only“ esthetical issues.

Anyway, maybe you should try going to a plastic surgery centre here in the CR, personally, and ask them everything you need to know. People who work in those clinics should be able to answer your questions better than anyone here, I believe.

Prague clinics:

I have no idea if all these clinics do all kind of surgeries, I have chosen them randomly, I know nothing about them. You’ll have to contact them yourself and ask :)

In this one I found „ear surgeries“ in particular. It’s in Czech though:

And here you can send them a question: http://www.medicomvip.cz/plasticka-chir … ne-poradna

Hope it helps!

There is always another suggestion :). South Korea has the biggest & cheapest plastic surgery in worldwide. That's why you often see Korean women look so perfect or beautiful. If you're a k-pop fan then you know what i mean. Btw, is it called platic or plastic surgery?
