Looking for a Skilled Carpenter

Can anyone recommend a good carpenter in the Sofia area? Heck, if he's really good, I'll pay him to come in from far outside Sofia. I've had a devil of a time getting someone to do a proper job installing baseboards (aka. skirting board, aka. mouldings). We've most of it done and most of it is ok, but but around the stairways it's a real mess. Not a lot of work, but it's skilled work - we need a real carpenter with high-level skills to do the job right. Any thoughts? Thanks.
