KAT office

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a KAT office to register my UK vehicle in Tryavna or do I need to go to Gabrovo? If so where is it in Gabrovo? I’m clearly not putting the right thing into Google as I can’t seem to find the nearest office to me.
