hi all good morning as anyone had their passport renewed as they keep sending photos back saying they dont confirm to uk rules and we had them taken in sredets he gave us 4 and a disk no good any help thank you

@geoffreywebb21 My wife and I took and formatted our own for the last renewal, this site can do it for you if you are comfortable doing slightly techy stuff.
