Does anyone know of a good text to speech translator that will translate english words into bulgarian speech?

Google translate on Android does it.
You can download the languages you wish, so it doesn't require an internet connection when you use it.

tried the Google translate but does not talk back in bulgarian.  (Unless im missing something)

Trying it now. It would do text, but not speech.
Looking for options.

I was wrong - I can't make it work between those languages.
I have downloaded and tested several other translators, but all were either useless, rubbish, or wanted access to system they had no need of, posing possible security threats to your phone.
