Translator or helper in General Toshevo or Dobrich?

Can anyone recommend either an official translator or a bilingual helper willing to  accompany me to a notary and sign the declaration that I understand what I'm signing?

It's not anything finance or property related, just a couple of simple declarations for immigration of having the resources to support myself and what my income was in 2025.

But I can't find a translator. When I needed a document last year the admin at the notary arranged it, but she's left and the new person is not so helpful! The person  she recommended said they aren't doing translation anymore.  I think a helper who is fluent in Bulgarian and English should be accepted for this, though I'll need to check with the notary.

Any recommendations please?
