Registering with water company (General Toshevo)

Hi,

(Sorry - boring bit of admin)

I am trying to register my property with the water company - move the account into my name so I can pay the bill.

I went to the Municipality Building in Toshevo (where I pay all the other bills) but was told it wasn't there.

Then I went to ViK in Dobrich and told it wasn't there either.

Does anyone from around General Toshevov know the answer.

Hi I have a property 20years still in the previous owners name for water !

it will be in Yr deeds who you bought or from take there name and your address and there will be a bill there ! Pay it every month ! Easy

Steve, sorry I didn't see this sooner. I hope you found the Toshevo office! It's not easy to locate, tucked away on a side street right on the edge of town. If you need directions, let me know. Also, if you don't speak Bulgarian, try to take a friend or neighbour with you to help interpret. I was very grateful for my neighbours help!

They will want to see the notary paperwork, your passport, and your company information if the company owns the property not you.

If you ask, once she's transferred the property to your name, she'll give you an epay number so you can pay online.
