Moving around in Bulgaria

Been in Bulgaria for nearly 20 years and have been in 15 places to live and finally bought a house but renovating it proved to hard so I went on holiday and have not returned yet till I decide what to do and that has been 2 years now so I decided to try and find a girlfriend who speaks Bulgarian and English.
