Travelling to Bulgaria with our caravan( one way)

Finally, very soon we will be moving to our house in Bulgaria. We will be living in our caravan for a while. Are there any rules we should know re travelling there. I guess I mean like insurance of the caravan itself? Also,I'm pretty sure I read about a rule re the tow bar,that you have to have proof that it was fitted by a reputable dealer. Ours is an ex North West Electricity van,and they're not answering our emails

I don't know how it's like in Bulgaria, but trailers and caravans in Austria have to have MOTs and they are checked regularly.
