Hi all,

I have posted recently about trying to register my UK registered Renault trafic 2 here in BG.

Vratsa KAT and Technotest turned me down because i had no Certificate of Conformity, I applied to Renault for a Certificate of Conformity and they issued a Barre Rouge which is a generalised certificate as one wasnt available in 2008 when my van was manufactured. My question is has anyone used a Barre Rouge successfully here to register their UK car?

No comments about why i want to register it, I've heard them all before and I/C Domestic is a dab hand at parking barriers now bless her.

Hi there,

Probably it would be better to find a company, that deals with car registrations and ask them to do the job.

Hello

I also have been turned down for re registration as my vehicle doesn't have the correct type approval number. I have had no response from the manufacturer after 3 emails. The other option I have is to have an inspection done to obtain a certificate of conformity. I am trying to find out what the requirements are to pass this inspection but have had no luck.

If there's anyone who may have done this or have any information regarding this, it would be very much appreciated 👍
