Maybe have a look on OLX (dot bg)? It usually has a few caravans (cars section) and prefabs (real estate section). This is a very popular Bulgarian with Bulgarians, so there is a potential language barrier, and you may find it a bit frustrating. Alternatively, you might be tempted by a cheap caravan on Ebay (there are usually plenty) and then drive over with it. Potentially, you could also consider some kind of Chinese prefab on AliBaba, but I think this works out quite expensive once you factor in shipping and duties and installation.
