Any one recommend a good trustworthy agent to manage a property near sunny beach . As one that’s been used is so bad

There is a guy called Pat Fahey (?) he’s been there for many years which must mean something. I personally don’t trust any estate agents (worldwide) but needs must and he’s English which is obviously a bonus and he won’t sell you something that you’ve never seen. But my advice is to look, and look and look at more properties and see where you want to be. We have two properties - one in Vlas and another in Livada - out in the sticks 30mins from Burgas with very few expats but the locals are superb and in some cases that can be a bonus.
