Suggestions needed for a new learner car driver

Hello, I'm a new learner driver in Belgium and I'm practising with my provisional license. I practice in Flanders / Brussels. Being a new driver, I pay attention to speed limits, traffic lights & other traffic regulations almost as much as I could, but I'm bit afraid !

Is it OK to drive always at 70 KM in motorways and staying always on right most lane? (I read in theory that this is minimum speed) .In motorways, there were so many speed changes 90/70 & 120. Being a new driver, I sometimes feel difficult to switch !

Is it OK to drive at 40 KM in Flanders region when no speed limit is mentioned (50KM is normal in built-up area) ? In average speed limit zones (let's say it's Zone 70), if my average speed is 40 KM, is it acceptable ?

Is it good to use Waze App for navigation or anything else ? I believe, if we violate any of the rules then we receive a ticket at home. How soon do we receive it ? I feel bit nervous at times, when I drive

I have no prior car driving experience, before coming to Belgium.

What are the very major things which I must not miss , when I'm on road ? Any other suggestions for a learner driver to must pay attention or any tips that would help me to be a better driver are much appreciated.

Okay, I try to keep the right speed and minimum of 100-110 KM at-least.

How about in roads other than highways ? Is it OK to drive at 30-40 KM where the maximum allowed speed is 50 KM (normal allowed speed in Flanders) ? And also speed in average speed limit zones ?

Nothing prevents you from driving below the speed limits. But the highway code specifies that you must adapt your speed to the traffic conditions.

A slow vehicle can be a nuisance for other vehicles. Any newbie driver goes slow, so remember to put the L sticker on the back to avoid reflections from other drivers.

Thank you for your comments & inputs ! I assume that we can drive a moderate speed (of-course less than the speed limit) in roads, other than highways.

I always make sure to put a L sticker at the back !

Hello, rajpnr what insurance company are you using and is it so expensive?. I’m also looking to get a car and insurance with my provisional license if you could advise me on how you went by things.
