Compte individuel vs Fiche 281.10 - Rémunérations

Dear All, I wish to have the document called 'Compte Invididuel' which is normally given by my (previous)employers. I have these documents somewhere in my old files and may take some time to locate them.

is it possible to get this document online or by sending a request to any office? Is this document the same as the one 'Fiche 281.10 - Rémunérations' which appears in my FPS account (myminfin.be)?

Or the only way is to contact the previous employer (in which case it may take some time).
