I was applied spouse visa of Belgium recently From vfs new delhi. I was check my status of visa on IBZ website they appearing my status is RJECT. 😢.

Decision date - 28 Feb 2023

I can't believe that. But I think.

Two weeks after submit application, an email came from the New Delhi embassy about the missing documents(myrent.be doc) , They told me to send them to the email, after sending the documents, my visa application has been sent to the belgium Immigration Office. The official reject email has not yet arrived.

What am I doing now? Should I apply for a visa again? How long to wait to reapply? Is there anything else that can be done? Please answer 😢

@Ukmybusiness you can appeal after knowing the reason for the rejection. If you can’t appeal then you just have to reapply with complete documents

You were rejected because you failed to give all the required documents but now you have submitted them, you have to wait for a reply from them.

@Ade Mary thank you for the answer, what is the best appeal or reapply. My husband is Belgian citizen. Can he appeal for that. It is presented through a lawyer? . It will cost more than reapplying?

@Ukmybusiness Note that before you reapply you need to know the reason for rejection and fix it before reapplying to avoid being rejected again.

You can not appeal while you wait on your case to be decided, just wait for a decision to be made. If it fails they will give you a reason and then you can appeal against it.

You just need to wait for an answer.
