Hello. I'm new here, but will visit often.

I am interested in either long-term travel or residency in a European country, possibly Belgium.
I read that in Belgium, unlike other European countries, a non-EU foreigner can get ANY job, not just a skilled job that local residents can't fill. Is there any truth to this?

Can a US citizen come to Belgium and get a job with a US-based restaurant chain for example?
