the site said it may take 3 months to get a Sp after a wp, so disappointing.

My employer had received my WP on 13 Nov 2023. Now I am waiting for my RP, so that my SP can issued. Now since it is taking an unusually long time for my RP, is there any chance that RP getting rejected even after WP getting accepted ! Just wondering.

@rohithowal02 There doesn't seem to be any evidence of that on these forums. It's just taking a long time.

This seems normal with visa processing. I've experienced 8 over the last 20+ years, mostly in the US. Like most public sector processing it's very inefficient, and there is little continuous improvement thinking to speed things up. I hear from my Belgian lawyer that they are understaffed and overworked. Which I read as slow to process.

But looking at the website the actual processing time of the RP after a positive WP, is 9-10 weeks, so you're still safe.

I believe you should start expecting it by the 13th of january.
